Is Quora for business the new social network being favored by businesses! As any business owner knows, a social presence equals visibility, which in turn leads to sales! If you want more sales for your business, get into social media today! According to a recent survey only 2.47% use Quora on a regular basis. So is it really worth a business’s time? Some corporate users find Quora difficult to grasp, as there doesn’t seem to be any clear direction or rules around what it can be used for. While it is merely frowned upon to push brands on other forums, Quora strictly moderates its forums to omit spam. This means that Quora users are looking for spam-free education, engaging content, and brand familiarity! If a brand is on Quora, it’s because it’s meant to be there. More importantly it is a great opportunity for brands to use Quora for business to show off their thought leadership.

Be ready for lots of feedback though! Quora forum users are invited to challenge companies on specific areas of expertise. It is worth the time invested because corporations can – and do – educate customers through thought provoking conversation.
